Marketing / Growth Hacker

In this cross-functional marketing role, you’ll be able to learn a lot, and will have exposure to all levels of the organization.  Our growth hacker will work closely with senior leadership team.

Job description:

- Be chief growth hacker

- Develop a marketing and communication strategy 

- Grow communities with other educators, bloggers, influencers and within social media channels 

- Build and lead our marketing team

- Develop and coach our digital marketing program

- Develop strategies to increase engagement and interaction

Desired skills and Experience:

- 3+ years of tangible experience and proven track record in software / digital marketing

- Decent Micorsoft Excel skills. Good to have some basic HTML/CSS knowledge

- Passionate about the startup scene, Highly motivated, entrepreneurial individual

- Understanding and Passion for Small Businesses

- Strong understanding of trends and language

- Exceptional organization skills

- Attention to detail

- Bachelor degree
