We are looking for a creative, motivated, and organized Marketing Lead to help grow our restaurant’s presence both online and in the community. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone interested in marketing, communications, social media, hospitality, or business.

This role is perfect for a student or young professional who wants hands-on experience creating content, running events, and building real marketing skills with leadership support and growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do

Social Media & Content Creation

• Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms
• Film and edit videos/reels
• Design graphics and promotional materials using Canva
• Help tell our restaurant’s story through creative content
• Stay current on social media trends and ideas

Marketing & Promotions

• Help plan and execute promotions and campaigns
• Brainstorm fresh marketing ideas
• Research successful ideas from other Chick-fil-A restaurants and help bring them to life locally
• Support in-store marketing initiatives

Events & Community Engagement

• Assist with community events, spirit nights, giveaways, and family nights
• Help organize and execute marketing events from start to finish
• Represent the restaurant professionally within the community

Leadership & Initiative

• Work closely with restaurant leadership
• Take ownership of projects and ideas
• Help create a fun, positive, and engaging restaurant culture

What We’re Looking For

• Creative and self-motivated
• Comfortable using social media platforms
• Experience with Canva required
• Basic video editing skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to take initiative and follow through
• Interest in marketing, communications, business, hospitality, or content creation
• Bilingual English and Spanish speaker

Pay & Schedule

• Starting at $18.50/hour (based on experience and availability)
• Part-time or full-time opportunities available
• Flexible scheduling for students
