Position Overview

The Marketing Lead plays a key role in telling our story, strengthening community relationships, and creating meaningful experiences for both guests and team members. This role blends creativity, execution, and leadership—from managing social media and in-restaurant marketing to helping plan “Occasions to Care,” supporting catering growth, and assisting with interviewing and team culture initiatives.

This is an ideal role for someone who is organized, people-oriented, creative, and passionate about community impact.

Position Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow restaurant social media (content creation, posting, engagement)
• Help plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions
• Lead and support Occasions to Care and community events
• Assist with local store marketing initiatives and brand presence
• Support catering marketing efforts and guest outreach
• Collaborate with leaders to promote restaurant initiatives internally
• Assist with interviewing and hiring support as needed
• Track engagement, feedback, and marketing performance
• Represent Chick-fil-A Lincoln Park’s values in the community and online

Qualifications

• Positive, energetic, and people-focused
• Strong communication skills (bilingual English/Spanish a plus)
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with social media platforms and basic content creation
• Able to multitask and manage multiple projects
• Enjoys working collaboratively across teams
• Willingness to learn, grow, and lead
• Flexible schedule availability
