Larson Automotive Group is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy across a growing group of automotive dealerships. This is an opportunity to take ownership of our marketing direction, work directly with dealership and company leadership, and build the marketing strategy for a well-established automotive group.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and lead marketing strategies that support dealership sales, service, parts, and overall business goals
• Manage campaigns across digital, social media, email, websites, advertising, events, and traditional channels
• Partner with dealership leadership to identify opportunities, develop campaigns, and strengthen the customer experience
• Oversee content, creative, branding, promotions, and customer communications across our dealerships and brands
• Manage marketing budgets, vendors, advertising partners, and outside resources while monitoring campaign performance and ROI
• Monitor campaign performance and marketing analytics to measure results, identify opportunities, and continually improve our strategy

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of marketing, advertising, digital marketing, or related experience
• Previous management or leadership experience preferred
• Experience with digital marketing, social media, content strategy, and advertising
• Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to turn ideas into action
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, and project management skills
• Automotive or dealership marketing experience is a plus, but not required
