About The Role
We’re seeking a DTC Marketing Manager to support the day-to-day execution of our core subscriber acquisition, management, and retention programs. Responsibilities include managing vendors and ensuring every campaign is delivered on time, on message, and on budget.
In addition to acquisition, this position plays a key role in enhancing subscriber retention and leading winback efforts, with oversight of lifecycle touchpoints that keep customers informed, satisfied, and engaged. You’ll also collaborate with our Community Engagement team to support aligned initiatives and lead marketing campaigns for growing the subscriber base.
$115,000 - $135,000 a year
The salary range listed is an estimate and may vary based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
