Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and oversee the entire marketing function. This role will be responsible for managing the marketing team, driving brand growth, executing data-driven campaigns, and aligning marketing strategies with business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, deep marketing expertise, and the ability to scale marketing operations in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team across multiple functions
  • Define clear goals, KPIs, and performance metrics for the department
  • Drive brand positioning, awareness, and market penetration strategies
  • Ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and overall company strategy
2. Team Management & Development
  • Oversee and manage sub-functions including Campaign Operations, Social Media, Content, Design, and Material Management
  • Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members
  • Ensure effective collaboration and communication within the team
  • Build a high-performing marketing team with strong accountability and ownership
  • Manage team workload, resource allocation, and hiring needs
3. Campaign Planning & Execution
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
  • Oversee campaign performance, optimization, and reporting
  • Ensure campaigns are data-driven, targeted, and aligned with user acquisition goals
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to launch new products and features
4. Digital Marketing & Growth
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives including paid media, social media, and performance marketing
  • Optimize customer acquisition funnels and conversion rates
  • Monitor and improve ROI across all marketing channels
  • Leverage data insights to continuously refine growth strategies
5. Brand & Content Management
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all channels
  • Oversee content strategy including digital content, campaigns, and communication materials
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to maintain high-quality output
  • Strengthening brand identity and customer engagement
6. Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Product, User Operations, Data, and Sales teams
  • Align marketing strategies with product launches and business priorities
  • Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives across departments
  • Act as a key stakeholder in business planning and decision-making
7. Budget & Vendor Management
  • Plan and manage the marketing budget effectively
  • Monitor spending and ensure cost efficiency across campaigns
  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners
  • Ensure quality and timely delivery of outsourced services
8. Data Analysis & Performance Tracking
  • Track and analyze key marketing KPIs such as CAC, ROI, conversion rates, and engagement metrics
  • Develop dashboards and reports for leadership review
  • Use insights to optimize campaigns and improve overall performance
  • Drive a data-first approach in all marketing decisions

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5–7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in fintech, digital platforms, or fast-growing startups.
  • Proven experience in managing marketing teams and leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and brand management.
  • Experience in campaign planning, execution, and performance optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing and data tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and drive strategic outcomes.
