Job Description - Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Hebrew Native speaker (TA) to join our team at Ori Sandbox. As a TA, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers, answering customer inquiries and helping troubleshoot technical issues. As an experienced professional, you will help us ensure customer satisfaction and drive customer loyalty.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to customers
  • Answer customer inquiries
  • Troubleshoot technical issues
  • Must be a native Hebrew speaker
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or technical assistance
  • Excellent communication skills
