What You’ll Do (Your Impact) - Digital & GEO Growth 

• Drive Web Performance: Own day-to-day website content updates, conversion optimization, and user experience enhancements to keep our digital front door pristine. 

• Supercharge GEO: Execute and track cutting-edge GEO initiatives – through proactive content optimization - ensuring our brand dominates search visibility and authority in our values. 

• Turn Data into Action: Monitor analytics across our website and campaigns to deliver actionable insights that fuel audience growth. 

• Campaign Collaboration: Partner with developers, agency allies, and content creators to build and launch high-impact multimedia marketing campaigns. 

Social Media Strategy 

• Own the Feed: Orchestrate scheduling, planning, and campaign coordination across our corporate social channels. 

• Engage & Optimize: Keep a pulse on channel metrics and engagement data, constantly tweaking our approach to maximize brand voice and reach. 

Project Management & Collaboration 

• Quarterback Events: Work side-by-side with our Event Manager to plan and execute standout activations—ranging from intimate, 10-person VIP roundtables to massive industry events (both virtual and live). 

• Produce Stunning Collateral: Collaborate with our design team to steer the production of eye-catching marketing materials, signage, and print collateral. 

• Budget Stewardship: Manage project budgets like an owner, ensuring cost-effectiveness and a clear focus on ROI. 

Who You Are 

• Experienced: You bring 5+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record of bringing cross-functional projects across the finish line. 

• Tech & Digital Savvy: You have a strong grasp of website management, SEO tools, and digital analytics. If you already know your way around MSFT Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, Unbounce, and Canva, you’ll hit the ground running. 

• Curious & Adaptable: You have a genuine appetite to learn the ins and outs of the data center and tech infrastructure industries. (Prior data center experience is a massive plus, but your drive to learn matters most!) 

• Detail-Obsessed Project Manager: You juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball, keeping stakeholders aligned and timelines on track. 

• An Exceptional Communicator: You’re a creative, confident thinker who collaborates seamlessly with everyone from graphic designers to executive leadership.
