Job Summary:

Pittston Co-Packers is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to help build and execute commercial marketing initiatives supporting the growth of beverage brands in the U.S. market. This role will support market expansion across hydration, energy, tea, and functional beverage categories, with an initial focus on Water Boost, retail activation, digital marketing, field execution, and distributor support.

This is not a corporate brand management role. The ideal candidate must be comfortable moving between marketing strategy, retail execution, influencer and community engagement, distributor support, and day-to-day project management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute localized marketing plans for priority U.S. markets, including Southern California, New York, Ohio, Texas, Florida, and Georgia. Translate global brand strategies into market-level programs that drive product trial, repeat purchases, and retailer confidence. Lead grassroots marketing initiatives targeting blue-collar workers, college consumers, multicultural communities, and convenience channel shoppers.

Support distributors, retailers, and field teams by creating marketing toolkits, sell-in materials, promotional calendars, sampling programs, display concepts, and activation plans. Partner closely with the Sales team to support new account growth, merchandising, cooler placement, in-store demonstrations, and retail execution.

Manage the U.S. content calendar across social media, digital platforms, and retailer-facing marketing channels. Support DrinkEastroc.com campaigns, direct-to-consumer initiatives, wholesale marketing, promotional launches, and local creator partnerships that drive consumers into retail stores.

Plan and execute sampling programs, trade shows, festivals, campus events, gym activations, and community marketing initiatives. Coordinate brand ambassadors, promotional materials, event logistics, and post-event reporting.

Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, China Marketing, external agencies, and vendors to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives. Manage creative assets, packaging inputs, product claims, POS materials, and marketing compliance processes.


Requirements

 Qualifications:

  • 5–8+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the beverage, CPG, field marketing, retail activation, or emerging consumer brand industries.
  • Strong understanding of convenience, grocery, club, ethnic/international, and independent retail channels.
  • Experience developing local market activations, sampling programs, ambassador programs, or influencer campaigns.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with evolving priorities.
  • Excellent project management, organization, and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Ability to translate global marketing direction into practical execution within the U.S. market.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
  • Experience in beverage, energy drink, hydration, or functional beverage categories is strongly preferred.
