POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the Company's marketing, business development, branding, and communications initiatives in support of Corporate growth objectives. Working closely with executive leadership and technical staff, this position oversees Marketing operations, proposals, branding, corporate communications, business development support, CRM administration, digital marketing, and strategic initiatives while ensuring consistent, high-quality efforts that strengthen the Company's market presence and support long-term business objectives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Leadership & Marketing Operations
- Manages the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Department.
- Establishes departmental priorities and manages multiple concurrent marketing initiatives.
- Collaborates with executive leadership to support corporate initiatives and strategic objectives.
- Supports cross-functional collaboration between Marketing, Engineering, Environmental, Construction, Operations, and Executive teams.
- Develops and continuously improves marketing procedures, standards, templates, and operational workflows.
- Prepares and maintains Corporate Marketing resources, including qualifications packages, project information, project photography, employee resumes, marketing collateral, and pursuit assets necessary to support business development activities.
- Ensures quality, consistency, and accuracy across all Marketing materials and communications.
Proposal & Pursuit Management
- Manages the complete proposal development process for RFQs, RFPs, SOQs, interviews, presentations, and qualifications packages.
- Coordinates proposal schedules, content development, production activities, compliance reviews, and continuous process improvements to support high-quality and timely submissions.
- Maintains proposal resources, pursuit metrics, compliance tools, templates, and standardized materials to support continuous improvement and efficient proposal development processes.
- Supports executive leadership in pursuit of strategy, positioning, and client engagement initiatives.
Strategic Marketing, Business Development & Market Research
- Develops and implements marketing initiatives aligned with the Company's business objectives and provides strategic recommendations to Executive leadership in support of long-term corporate planning.
- Assist management in market research, competitive intelligence, client analysis, and industry assessments to identify emerging opportunities, support Executive decision-making, and strengthen the Company's competitive positioning.
- Coordinates and facilitates Go/No-Go meetings for pursuit opportunities.
- Coordinates regularly scheduled Business Development and Project Management meetings and prepares related communications, materials, and reporting to support strategic initiatives and operational alignment.
- Collaborates with technical staff to position the Company competitively for project pursuits and supports interview preparation, presentation development, and post-pursuit debrief activities.
- Develops and maintains prequalification packages and vendor registrations.
Brand, Communications & Digital Marketing
- Maintains and protects the Company's corporate identity and brand standards.
- Develops and manages internal and external communication initiatives, including website content, social media platforms, recruiting support, digital marketing campaigns, public relations efforts, employee engagement initiatives, and corporate communications that support Company objectives and maintain consistent brand messaging.
- Coordinates, captures, organizes, edits, and maintains project photography and visual assets that support proposals, marketing materials, corporate communications, and business development initiatives.
- Coordinates employee headshot initiatives, including onboarding photography, periodic updates, image editing, and maintenance of employee visual assets in support of corporate branding initiatives.
- Identifies and prepares submissions for industry awards and recognition programs that enhance the Company's visibility and reputation.
CRM & Marketing Systems
- Manages the Company's CRM (Monday.com) database, marketing technologies, reporting functions, and corporate marketing resources, including client information, project data, employee resumes, project descriptions, project photography, and pursuit information, to support business development activities, executive decision-making, and operational efficiencies.
Events, Community Engagement & Vendor Management
- Plans and manages the Company's participation in conferences, sponsorships, networking events, client engagement activities, community initiatives, and industry programs that enhance corporate visibility and support business development objectives.
- Manages relationships with marketing vendors, consultants, and service providers, including procurement activities, contract coordination, expense tracking, and evaluation of products and services supporting departmental objectives.
- Coordinates Company ticket programs and related employee and client engagement activities, including sporting events, employee morale initiatives, ticket allocations, and associated communications.
- Coordinates the procurement, inventory management, and distribution of promotional items, branded materials, and onboarding resources in support of conferences,
recruiting initiatives, employee programs, and business development activities.
General Responsibilities
- Performs other marketing, business development, communications, and strategic initiatives as assigned in support of Company objectives.

EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
EXPERIENCE
Five (5) or more years of experience in marketing, communications, business development, or proposal management, preferably within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry or other professional services environment.

- Microsoft Office Suite

- Video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:
- Valid Florida Driver's License.
- Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) certification preferred.
- Membership in the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), American Marketing Association (AMA), or other relevant professional organizations is desirable.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Work is performed primarily in an office setting.
- Frequent sitting, computer use, keyboarding, and viewing of computer monitors.
- Occasional standing and walking.
- Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 25 pounds.
- Occasional travel to meetings, conferences, networking events, and project-related activities.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work outside normal business hours, as needed, to support proposal deadlines and Company initiatives.
