Marketing Manager

A prominent Manufacturing Company in the Metro Detroit area is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for growth as well as the effectiveness of the program via customer satisfaction and incremental revenue growth
Responsible for a long-term vision for outreach, including how it scales across product lines and with increased customer engagement
Maintaining current customer relationships while driving new customer engagements
Evaluate our success, evolve our approach and constantly communicate with leadership on important data and initiatives monthly, quarterly and annually
Building our brand with customers and setting the bar for customer success
You will provide support and partner with executive level decision makers and be influential in the business development of that customer base
Build or adapt cohesive customer marketing strategies including effective digital marketing campaigns, direct mail, email marketing, webinars, and live events
Develop and complete high-value outreach marketing initiatives for the sales teams
Selling a strategy to be implemented to drive growth while expanding our reach to customers and the communities they serve
Qualifications: You must be an expert in delivering content and messaging both virtually and face-to-face to customers
Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience
You have shown commercial success in manufacturing or a related industry
Experience in a salesperson's shoes either directly or indirectly (marketing, consultancy) in a manufacturing environment
Have a high EQ, strong listening skills, along with humility, confidence, and integrity
You possess a curiosity about making complex things easy to understand
This is a combination of outstanding analytical skills and ability to communicate
Working with data, opinion and knowledge and distilling it into a simple, practical executable strategy
Exceptional relationship building and collaboration skills are key for this role
You thrive in dynamic environments and deal well with ambiguity
