Marketing Manager / Coordinator
Green Oasis is seeking an experienced, growth-focused, driven individual to become our Marketing Manager and Coordinator with experience in the AEC sector. Green Oasis is in the exciting position of helping designers make urban spaces more human-centric with greenery. We are a smaller company with strong growth and big plans; join us as we become the dominant player in our field!
Overview
The Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving results in our marketing function. You will work closely with the CEO and in collaboration with our sales manager to ensure that their vision is turned into reality as we smash targets and 10X our marketing outputs.
Experience
It is preferred that the candidate has experience in marketing to the Architect and Design sector, if not, they should have experience in a higher-end field of marketing not commodity product marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic
Work with the CEO to document the overall marketing strategy in alignment with the company's goals so that there is clarity around our brand messaging and objectives.
Ensuring we have a central calendar for all marketing activities that are tied to results and is executed on monthly.
Feedback to the CEO with weekly reporting deck and update on progress and challenges, arranging team meetings and facilitating them, and pulling reports from all team members.
Project Management, Plan, Campaign Development and Execution
Oversee the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events).
Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure campaign alignment with overall business goals.
Execute the production of marketing collateral and keep existing assets relevant.
Support our sales plan with marketing assets for the user journey across our 3 primary goals of whale hunting, existing relationship building, and new client acquisition.

Budget Oversight
Track the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Work with the CEO to monitor budget performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing spending.
Digital
Consistently improve our client’s digital experience.
Oversee an on-going SEO strategy
Email Marketing + Social Media
Execute email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, and analysis.
Optimize email campaigns for lead generation, customer retention, and overall engagement.
Help to increase engagement on LinkedIn
Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with executives, sales, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated business strategies.
Act as a liaison between marketing and other teams to drive effective communication and collaboration.
Reporting and Analytics
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on marketing performance to leadership.
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continually optimize marketing strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, demonstrating strategic thinking and effective team management.
Experienced in graphic design and WordPress for asset production.
