Job Description - Marketing Manager
As part of the Patton Logistics family of companies , the Marketing Manager works in lock step with the Marketing Accounts Director to keep Patton Creative Group ahead of the pack in all of its content, advertising, and events for a wide range of clients and industries. This is a blended role the includes hands-on marketing work and project management across creative disciplines.
Requirements
Strategize and envision new marketing campaigns; focusing closely on brand growth and advancement in various markets
Manage a diverse portfolio of branding and event projects (budgets, timeline and quality of deliverables)
Create, edit, and oversee content including, blogs, videos, podcasts, e-courses, print & web-based media
Collaborate with a resource pool of writers, designers and content experts
Execute and report on outbound marketing campaigns
Event marketing to support attendance targets and brand representation
Plan and execute on client events; work on-site at events when client scope requires it
Knowledge / Skills Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years relevant experience
Strong writing and editing skills
Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, MailChimp, Squarespace, Wordpress, YouTube Studio, Canva, Facebook Advertising
Core Competencies Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management
Adept at working independently and in a collaborative team setting
Flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing industry

Additional Information
The Marketing Manager position will require candidate to primarily work from the office, but some work-from-home flexibility is included. PTO is flexible once training is complete and performance expectations are being met. Employee benefits available, including employer-paid health insurance.
