Job Description - Marketing Manager, Campaigns and Operations

Key responsibilities:
Put your marketing superhero cape on and plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that will drive new net business like never before.
Lead the charge in quarterly campaign planning, working closely with marketing leadership and the team to ensure our campaigns are out of this world.
Use your creative powers to identify the content, creative, and messaging needs for campaigns, collaborating with Brand, and Creative teams to make it all happen.
Team up with Sales to conquer shared priorities and goals, developing high-impact marketing programs that will knock the socks off our audience.
Become a data wizard and measure, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, using your insights to improve efficiency and find new opportunities to shine.
Get your detective hat on and team up with Integrated Marketing to uncover exciting new social sponsorship and integration opportunities that perfectly match our brand and voice.
Become a master of customization as you craft tailor-made social media packages for potential and confirmed brand partners, complete with production budgets, editorial calendars, distribution strategies, and CTA/product positioning.
Be a social butterfly and spread the word by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to share social insights and campaign data, paving the way for future improvements and learnings.
Dive deep into the world of Integrated Marketing and soak up all their priorities and initiatives, then spread the love by communicating this info to our global/regional social teams for better alignment.
Key Focuses Of This Role Include:
Ensuring marketing data is properly collected and connected with systems through end-to-end testing.
Leading Campaign Operations in the USA
Maintaining workflow processes by coordinating with other corporate operations teams.
Nurturing our marketing tech stack by continually auditing its scalability, predictability, and efficiency.
