Marketing Manager - Career Growth Potential

LHH is currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager for a permanent opportunity in the Dallas area. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of marketing experience in the multifamily real estate industry. This is an excellent opportunity to lead marketing strategies that help to achieve the company’s leasing goals. This is a hybrid opportunity in the Dallas area.

Responsibilities:

· Develop online marketing and advertising strategies to increase leasing performance

· Analyze conversion ratios to identify opportunities for enhancing lead capture and conversion rates

· Collaborate with the greater marketing team, operations, asset management, and other internal teams to develop marketing strategies to meet company goals

· Analyze current marketing strategies and programs and identify areas for improvement and optimization

· Ensure competitive positioning to optimize marketing efforts across locations

· Conduct thorough evaluations of marketing and advertising expenses to gauge effectiveness and make informed decisions

· Deliver monthly and quarterly reports based on established marketing KPIs

· Negotiate advertising vendor contracts for competitive rates

Qualifications:

· Minimum 5 years of marketing experience

· Multifamily experience required

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

· Ability to work hybrid in the Dallas area
