Job Description - Marketing Manager, Cornish

About the role
At Core Education, we are recruiting a dynamic result-oriented, creative Marketing Manager to support one of our partners in the Seattle Washington area.
What you'll do
Craft new life-cycle marketing campaigns, through research, understanding of the arts education space and competitive landscape, impactful audience targeting, and effective messaging.
Work with cross-functional teams across the school, Admissions, Academics, Student Life, Advancement, and School Extensions to unify branding and craft creative campaigns to increase awareness and drive engagement/attendance.
Collaborate with the Director to develop display and search ads marketing program.
Analyze datasets of diverse sizes and complexities and report on performance and establish baseline for forecast future performance.
Lead event marketing campaigns from development of marketing materials to distribution and implementation.
Manage and oversee WordPress website, web updates, SEO development of new pages and features and content management/creation.
Support the rest of the marketing team with social media and other marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Ability to juggle multiple projects at once while executing strong organizational, project management, and relationship management skills.
Solid digital marketing acumen, including demonstrable knowledge of search and display ads, and email marketing best practices.
Successful record of executing, measuring, and optimizing multi-touch consumer journey campaigns across multiple digital channels to deliver on performance targets.
2+ years’ experience with google ads, both search and display
2+ years’ experience running drip email campaigns.
1-2 years working directly in a CRM, bonus points for experience in Slate.
Experience with SEO, a plus.
Experience working on WordPress sites, required.
Experience managing/mentoring junior staff is a plus.

The pay range for this role is:
65,000 - 75,000 USD per year (Cornish College )
