Marketing Manager, Direct Mail
to join their Marketing team. The individual in this role will lead the strategy and management of direct mail campaigns that drive revenue growth. This team is looking for an analytical, data-driven marketer who will be responsible for both strategic direction and day-to-day analysis and execution of campaigns.Marketing Manager, Direct Mail Responsibilities:Drive strategy for campaigns focused on new customer acquisition and cross-sell initiatives through the direct mail channelProvide data-driven analysis of past initiatives, with a focus on using accurate data to guide future optimizationsDevelop forecasting models to accurately predict response and help optimize all elements of our client's mail programLead development and optimization of targeting methodologies (data modeling, segmentation techniques, etc.), creative design and executionPartner with Marketing Operations, Production and Creative Services to conduct QC of letters, mail plans and supporting documents to execute campaigns on-time and error-freeEnsure accurate and up-to-date reporting on campaign effectiveness and performance to planWork closely with the Partnerships team to drive strategic direction and growth plans, along with regular performance updatesOwn all budgeting for your campaigns, on an annual and on-going basis, to reflect performance as well as growth areas of additional spend and revenue
Marketing Manager, Direct Mail Requirements:3+ years of proven success planning, forecasting and managing direct to consumer marketing through Direct MailDemonstrated decision-making experience utilizing data effectively to drive the desired outcomesHands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, monitoring and reportingAbility to take raw data and create compelling, data-driven arguments to support growthProven strategic planning skills with the ability to assess risk and reward trade-offs to effectively capitalize on both current and future opportunities, and to develop successful marketing plans on a partner/market basisStrong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing schedules and prioritiesExcellent relationship building skills with strong and effective verbal and written communication skillsSelf-starter, creative problem solver, persuasive, thorough and a strong team player
