Palm Aire Country Club is nestled within the Palm Aire Community sitting on the Manatee/Sarasota corridor in beautiful Sarasota, Florida. We are a private, member-owned equity Country Club with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, where members consider themselves part of the Palm Aire Family.

Central to our club are our two, equally outstanding yet uniquely diverse, 18-hole golf courses. The Champions Course, designed by renowned architect Dick Wilson and The Lakes Course designed by famed architect, Joe Lee. Palm Aire celebrated its 60th Anniversary in 2017 and boasts having the very first televised golf tournament on its Champions course in 1959. Today the club has exceptionally active golf, tennis, padel and pickleball programs as well as the amenities of fine and casual dining with a robust entertainment schedule.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Palm Aire Country Club has an exceptional career opportunity for a full-time, in-house, Marketing Manager.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager whose responsibilities include brand awareness and management, developing marketing plans, identifying and creating social media content and advertising. The Marketing Manager uses membership/guest and trend research to create strategies that will change how people perceive our brand and to ensure that branding is consistent across all advertising and campaigns. This key role will maintain social media channels, develop social media campaigns, identify areas of opportunity for additional outreach and manage print/digital advertising campaigns through solid SEO fundamentals on how to direct campaigns on digital platforms.

We are seeking an individual who will generate membership interest in products and services across various media channels through the oversight of communication between our business and our membership and outside base. This key role will manage marketing campaigns to raise awareness of and generate demand for Club products and services.

This role will partner with team members to deliver membership and marketing efforts that drive membership leads and conversions. Success in this role is the creative ideation, planning and execution of online and offline club marketing programs that generate leads and conversions through all stages of the member's journey.

QUALIFICATIONS

· 3-5 years experience in marketing and communication with excellent verbal, writing and proofreading skills.

· Sales and Membership experience.

· A degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related area.

· Experience in developing and implementing high-quality, successful advertising campaigns.

· Ability to build broadcast emails, create video content and update website content using content management system.

· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and internet technologies.

· Understanding of graphic design concepts, Adobe InDesign, Canva, Must Have Menus.

· Excellent analytical and numerical skills, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

· Able to work independently, focus on attention to detail and follow Club style guidelines.

· Proactive and coachable in all aspects of the position

· Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills.

· Ability to analyze and solve problems; efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision; work flexible hours as required.

· Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations.

· Tact and diplomacy in serving Board members, members, staff & community partners.
