WHAT YOU WILL DO!

• Brand Management: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen our brand presence and reputation in the senior living market
• Marketing Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive occupancy, increase brand awareness, and generate leads
• Graphic Design: Manage graphic design requests and projects, including but not limited to creating marketing materials, advertisements, digital assets, and signage
• Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website management, social media marketing, email campaigns, and online advertising
• Traditional Marketing: Manage traditional marketing channels such as print advertising, direct mail, and community events
• Content Development: Create compelling content for various marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, blogs, and press releases
• Public Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners
• Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats
• Vendor and Budget Management: Manage all third-party vendors in relation to marketing services and manage marketing budgets effectively
• Collaboration with Communities: Regular communication with the Spring Arbor Communities ensuring marketing needs are met

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior marketing role within the senior living industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business results.
• Strong understanding of brand management principles and experience building and maintaining brand equity.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for innovation.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of Yardi Software helpful.
