City Brew Coffee is looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing Manager to help grow our brand across Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, and South Dakota.
You’ll own the marketing strategy and bring it to life—from social content and seasonal drink launches to advertising and community partnerships. Your goal: bring in new guests, keep them coming back, and turn great marketing into measurable sales growth.
What You’ll Do
- Own the marketing plan, promotional calendar, and budget.
- Lead social media, content creation, paid advertising, email, and website marketing.
- Launch campaigns for seasonal menus, limited-time offers, merchandise, and new stores.
- Build local partnerships and coordinate events, sponsorships, and in-store promotions.
- Manage creative partners and keep our brand consistent across every channel.
- Track results, test ideas, and use guest insights and trends to improve performance.
- Partner with leadership and store teams to make every launch successful.
What You Bring
- Approximately 3–5 years of marketing experience with examples of measurable results.
- Strong social media, storytelling, design, and short-form video skills.
- Experience managing campaigns, budgets, vendors, and deadlines.
- Confidence using advertising platforms, analytics, and tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Initiative, follow-through, and the ability to turn ideas into action.
Coffee, hospitality, or multi-location retail experience is a plus. Relevant experience may substitute for a related degree. Beverage or product development experience is welcome but not required.

The Details
Regular travel to stores and occasional evening or weekend work are required. Remote candidates must travel to Billings regularly.
