Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Manager, under the direction of the Vice President of Marketing & Communications, develops and oversees the execution of the firm’s marketing calendar, email campaigns, social media presence, video projects, and public website.

 Duties & Responsibilities

• Build and execute firmwide strategic annual marketing calendar
• Brainstorm, author, and deliver monthly email campaigns to four key audiences; track and analyze metrics to inform future campaign design
• Support the collection and upkeep of clean client data
• Manage the firm’s public website
• Maintain the firm’s social media presence, on LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
• Oversee the firm’s video projects
• Lead biweekly marketing meetings
• Collaborate across departments and with financial advisors to identify marketing needs, maximizing the efficiency and efficacy of campaigns
• Contribute to other department projects as needed, including but not limited to press releases, advertisements, flyers, brochures, and promotional items

Qualifications & Experience:

• Demonstrated marketing and project management leadership in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• The ability to film, edit, and package videos, or to coordinate production with a third-party partner
• Critical thinking mindset
• Keen attention to detail
• The ability to set, meet, and beat deadlines
• Excellent collaborative and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with HubSpot, the Adobe Suite, and MS Office
• Salesforce experience a plus
• Previous experience in the financial services industry a plus
• Relevant educational background
• Occasional travel

Salary commensurate with education and experience. Estimated range $75,000-$90,000, commensurate with experience.
