Summary

Clearwater Living is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to manage marketing systems, data, and digital platforms that support lead generation and occupancy growth across multiple senior living communities.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong experience in CRM, marketing automation, and analytics.

Pay Range: $36.10 - $40.90 DOE

Key Responsibilities

• Administer marketing platforms, including CRM, email marketing, marketing automation, social media, reputation management, and websites


• Execute email marketing campaigns and manage monthly and quarterly content calendars


• Maintain CRM data integrity, reporting, and user adoption


• Monitor online reviews and support reputation management across communities


• Update website content and maintain third-party listing accuracy


• Analyze marketing performance data and generate reports


• Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and system efficiency


• Provide training and support to internal teams

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, CRM administration, or related field


• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms required


• Strong analytical and reporting skills (Google Analytics preferred)


• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail


• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
