Marketing Panel Specialist

Description

· Spray and QC panels to presentation quality 

· Complete and print panels labels and correctly label marketing panels

· Maintain and stock marketing panels 

· Keep the panel wall stocked at all times with all colors

· Order powder required to spray panels

· Keep a daily log of panels sprayed, QC status, and any issues

· Spraying, labeling and providing panels for special customer requests in a timely manner

· Spray panels for architectural binders

· Create architectural panel rings

· Work with Polychem panel specialist to spray panels and build wall boards

· Maintain stock of panel materials (aluminum sheets, powder etc.)

· Keep work area clean and organized

· Assist with mail outs where needed

· Assist with marketing projects as required

· Attend and contribute to marketing meetings

· Keep marketing room clean and tidy for customers

Requirements

· Strong spoken, written and reading English

· Good computer skills with good knowledge of the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)

· Good organizational skills

· Good time management 

· Excellent attention to detail

· Ability to work in a small team without constant supervision

· Previous powder application experience an advantage.
