Job Description - Marketing Product Manager, Makeup LATAM (Maternity Leave Cover)

Makeup Product Manager (Maternity Leave Cover)- Latin America Local Market
Location:

Miami, FL USA
Hybrid Schedule:

2 remote work days per week
Length of Assignment:

6 to 8 months

Support Export and Subsidiaries teams to execute the product strategy & 360 adaptation for the Makeup axe for the Local Market Latin America, in line with the WW guidelines while considering regional needs and opportunities.

Marketing Strategy:
Adaptation and execution of the Makeup marketing plan
For export:
Participate in defining novelty’s potentials, product assortments, and discontinuations.
For subsidiaries:
Participate in the coordination of the marketing plan and the product strategy: potentials, SO ambition & 360 plans of the three subsidiaries.
Development of customized 360 launch plans: execution guidelines, follow-up, and reports.
Actively supporting the subsidiary and commercial teams by thoroughly communicating all product launch information and details.
Work closely with Central teams for all specific needs.
Analyze the star launches performance with follow-up throughout the year.

Trade Marketing
Lead the concepting, planning, implementation, analysis, and optimization of all Makeup events in the region, considering opportunities and challenges, focusing on clear objectives and profitability.
Upload, organize and manage the marketing and trade calendars for Makeup trade events on the regional digital platform.
Prepare all Makeup event guidelines for proper implementation in POS, including processes and logistics of the event, Training, CRM, PR, Digital, Advertising & Media.
Plan, organize, and lead calls with distributors or subsidiaries before each event programmed in the calendar to provide helpful tools and recommendations to ensure proper execution of the events per the brands guidelines.
Work alongside CRM & Retail department to maximize client potential and continue to increase desirability in all events and trade tactics.
Strategically organize event calendar for Makeup based on Dior launches and sell out analysis for each client to provide insight on their yearly event strategy.
Create and compile event and best practice reports which include KPIs, ROI, photos, client feedback, qualitative and quantitative data.
Manage freelancer & MU artists budget for events. (Includes reserving flights, hotels, travel insurance and other trip costs. As well as processing all invoices with finance.)

Budget Management
Ensure the reservations for all Makeup launches, and basic materials for the Export region including products, testers, soft merchandising, GWP’s and the alignment with the axe yearly budget.
Work in Export in the Menu file in collaboration with the Commercial and Forecasting team.

Ideal Profile:
Around 2 years of experience in Operational Marketing, preferably in the luxury industry.
Outgoing, self-motivated, likes working in a collaborative team environment and excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong organization & time management skills and able to handle multiple deadlines and prioritize accordingly.
Problem solver who can incorporate new learnings into existing plans and identify opportunities for improvement.
Excellent communication, presentation & public speaking skills.
Very comfortable with analyzing numeric figures.
Passion, curiosity & interest for beauty and luxury industry.
Must be “hands-on” and get involved with the details.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and often changing environment with little supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PPT) and able to create impactful presentations.
“Can-do” positive attitude driven approach, flexible with demands and changes in business environment.
Speaks fluent Spanish and English. French is a plus.
Must be currently authorized to work in the US for any employer
