Job Description - Marketing Project Associate
Marketing Associate Opportunity Summary:
We are seeking an individual who will play an integral role within the Marketing Department. This position will require in-depth experience with website development, attention to detail, and managing multiple projects.
Job Duties:
We are seeking a non-entry level individual with the following required skills:
Act as a website manager/developer (accomplished at using WordPress is a must).
Direct all SEO efforts.
Can manage 30+ projects a month.
Have experience developing collateral materials (flyers, brochures, etc), but there will be no design work. Pieces are created by the Graphic Designer.
Knowledge of how to produce exterior and interior business signs.
Ability to manage in-depth Excel spreadsheets.
Have a proven track record of managing information in various databases.
Experience coordinating and attending trade shows.
Supervision of advertising campaigns.
Note: this position will not involve social media.
Work Experience & Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate will:
Hold a bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications and/or have 5+ years experience with a creative/web/ad agency.
5+ years experience managing multiple websites (global a plus), website design and developing/tracking SEO programs.
5+ years copywriting/editing experience.
Computer and software skills including Adobe creative suite, WordPress, and Microsoft Office Suite.
