Job Overview
As our Marketing Project Coordinator, you’ll be the secret ingredient of our marketing team — keeping projects on track, cross-functional teams aligned, and great ideas moving from whiteboard to shelf. You’ll support the execution of marketing strategies across our brand portfolio, from analyzing the competitive landscape to coordinating campaigns, events, and product launches. This role reports directly to the Marketing Manager for Ink Refuge, Inc.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and track marketing projects across the Crain Walnut Shelling, Go A Little Nuts, and Naturally Fresh Cat Litter brands, ensuring timely and successful execution.
Create and maintain detailed project plans including scope, timelines, and deliverables; identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Coordinate the day-to-day operations and workflow of the marketing team, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and business objectives.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and external agency partners.
Participate in the development of marketing plans, contributing to objectives, strategies, and tactics that drive core product growth and new product launches.
Assist in the creation and execution of advertising campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels to enhance brand awareness and consumer engagement.
Support the translation of brand vision into annual commercial plans that drive sales through retailer channels and partners.
Partner with Sales to develop customer presentations for business updates, promotional plans, and new product launches.
Develop training and selling tools that communicate a consistent brand story across all channels.
Assist with packaging changes due to product, graphic, or formula updates.

Analyze promotional programs to maximize effectiveness and efficiency, making ongoing recommendations for improvement.
Participate in qualitative and quantitative marketing research to support brand decisions.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in marketing, project management, or a related role; food and beverage industry experience a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with sales data, syndicated sources, and promotional performance metrics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you know how to collaborate across teams and keep everyone moving in the same direction.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); project management tool experience a plus.
