Marketing Project Manager

We are looking for an interim Project Manager to support the creative and marketing teams with strong work plan development and project management skills. The Creative Project Manager will serve as the liaison between the marketing team and the creative team and be responsible for managing all creative projects. They will also prepare and present regular updates to
relevant management channels, ensuring that our teams are on task, on time and on budget.

Location: In Office - North Austin
Schedule: M-F, 8a-5p
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the leaders of other departments, such as web engineers, production, analytics, etc. to manage all creative/marketing requests
Be first stop for request process to make sure it's documented and assigned
Check brief/assignment to define scope and objectives
Manage full flow of project: intake of brief/assignment/reviews/delivery of assets
Communicate individual project status to team and applicable cross-functional
departments
Create timelines/adjust schedules/communicate needs of projects
Organize and track tasks through project management tool
Communicate/track high-level view of all projects within the creative/marketing team
Coordinate with vendors and partners to continue to move projects forward
Manage invoices from vendors and collaborators
Manage/review project process and performance to identify areas of efficiencies

Exceptionally detail-oriented, with excellent organization, communication, and project planning skills, with a sharp attention to detail
Thrives in cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team structures

Ability to foresee and prevent project roadblocks

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay Details:

$1.00 per hour
