Job Description - Marketing Promotions Representative

These are as-needed Part Time positions intended to provide flexible support during promotions and special events.

Please note that hours are not guaranteed and will vary based on business needs and promotional schedules.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet guests with a warm, energetic welcome

Engage with guests on the floor and answer questions about current promotions

Help run promotional events and prize drawings, including announcing winners

Help set up and break down promotional displays and event areas

Keep a positive, fun atmosphere during events

Follow all company policies and gaming regulations

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Customer service or hospitality experience preferred

Must be 18 years of age or older

Outgoing, friendly, and positive personality

Comfortable talking with lots of different people

Reliable and dependable when scheduled

Clear speaking voice; comfortable using a microphone is a plus

Able to stand and walk for a full shift

Must meet minimum age requirements and be able to pass all pre-employment requirements.

Must be able to meet any licensing requirements.

Internal candidates must meet the eligibility requirements as provided in the Transfer and Promotion policy
