Marketing Specialist

Description

We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our automotive group and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the dealership’s overall business objectives.
• Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize our digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
• Content Creation: Create high-quality content, such as blog posts, articles, and social media content.
• Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the dealership’s brand image and reputation.
• Event Planning and Execution: Organize and execute marketing events, such as car shows, customer appreciation events, and community outreach initiatives.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
• Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications:

• Demonstrates a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.  
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Skills: 
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for extended periods, use a computer keyboard and mouse.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (e.g., promotional materials, event setup).
• Ability to stand for extended periods during events and presentations.
• Must have good visual acuity for design and presentation purposes.
