Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the department’s marketing efforts, ensuring they are implemented successfully and in a timely manner. Your responsibilities will include conducting targeted market research, engaging and establishing relationships with different hospitals and healthcare facilities, researching and analyzing competitors, and creating marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and a passion for creating successful marketing strategies and closing end to end engagements successfully.

Responsibilities

Position the agency's product and service favorably in the market

Create and implement marketing plans for hospitals and medical facilities

Develop strategies to enhance brand awareness in the community.

Identify, research, and report on competitors

Assist in creating marketing strategies that align with the health care agency's' goals and initiatives.

Foster good relationships both between the agency and clients

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field preferred

Must have some connections with Case Managers/Case Management Companies and Hospital Managers.

Previous experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar position

Understanding of the health sector especially home care services and waivers.

Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Sufficient Computer proficiency.
