Position Summary:
Perforce is searching for a marketing specialist join the team. We're looking for a detail-oriented, high-energy marketer who is eager to learn and grow their career. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys executing impactful marketing campaigns, this role is for you.
As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and programs. You’ll collaborate with a smart and motivated team focused on generating demand for our Puppet infrastructure automation solution. This role offers hands-on experience across the marketing spectrum including campaign planning, digital execution, event management, analytics, and cross-functional coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage campaign execution timelines, deliverables, and task tracking across marketing team members.
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns, supporting planning, launch, and post-campaign analytics.
- Plan, promote, and manage logistics for webinars and marketing events.
- Support digital demand generation efforts, including execution and performance analysis of email, web, and engagement tools (e.g., Drift, TrenDemon).
- Maintain and manage the Marketing Campaign calendar.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of assets and activities.
- Provide project coordination and support to Marketing leadership on key initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a marketing role, with demonstrated success in campaign coordination or project execution.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo), and project management tools is a plus.
- Attention to detail, self-starter mentality, and willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- A positive, enthusiastic, and curious approach to solving problems and driving results.
- Previous experience in a B2B technology or software environment is preferred.
$55,000 - $63,000 a year
Additionally, this position is eligible for benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, retirement benefits, life insurance, wellness programs, total time off, and other employee perks that may be offered by Perforce from time to time. The actual offer will depend on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s education, skills, qualifications, depth of experience and other relevant business considerations.
