We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Position Specific Essential Responsibilities

• Act as a marketing liaison, work closely with and assist the Director of Property Management with ideas and overall marketing strategies.
• Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends. Contribute ideas for marketing the properties and improving resident satisfaction and retention.
• Generate positive resident reviews and reputation management with online sites.
• Track and monitor all advertising sources, marketing promotions, events, and objectives. Provide feedback for sources that are not performing.
• Produce unique and high-quality content for various platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
• Understand the online community and provide information and insight into the current platforms as well as any up-and-coming items that would enhance our overall brand image.
• Maintain corporate and community websites; ensuring accuracy at all times.
• Ensure that the website is always in line with industry trends by analyzing and reviewing competitor sites frequently.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize and improve future efforts.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional events and other marketing-related activities.
• Assist with general administrative office duties, as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field 
• 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong proofing skills
• A desire to learn and receive hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Proficient with RealPage, Canva, AI tools, and Microsoft Office Suite applications; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is preferred

Work Environment

• Monday through Friday: 8:30 am to 5 pm
• Hybrid potential
• Physical demands include walking, climbing stairs, sitting, or standing for long periods of time & occasionally lift up to 25lbs

Compensation

• $65K-70K
