COST is a themed construction company—we build dreams! Think zoos, theme parks, attractions, and experiential spaces.
We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist who doesn’t just “support” marketing—but owns it. If you’re the kind of marketer who wants full creative range, autonomy, and projects that are anything but boring, keep reading.
The Role
This is a hands‑on, all‑in marketing role where you execute many aspects of marketing—from strategy to content to execution. You’ll be the creative engine behind how we tell our story, showcase our projects, support sales, and grow our brand. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership and sales, taking initiative and ownership while bringing ideas to life.
Marketing Strategy & Brand Experience
Own and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy
Shape and protect the brand’s look, voice, and personality across all channels
Develop compelling messaging that brings our themed projects to life
Content Creation & Storytelling
Create content for websites, ads, email campaigns, newsletters, internal communications, and social media
Tell visual stories using photography, video, graphics, and copy
Highlight projects, behind‑the‑scenes work, and client successes
Sales & Growth Support
Create and maintain sales and business development materials
Support proposals and RFPs with consistent documents, and strong visuals, graphics, and messaging
Partner closely with the sales team to help win new projects
Trade Shows, Events, & Industry Presence
Plan and support trade shows, client events, and industry conferences
Help with booth design, signage, and promotional materials
Represent the brand professionally and enthusiastically
Digital Marketing & Analytics
Manage website content, SEO, email marketing, and social channels
Track engagement, campaign performance, and basic analytics
Continuously refine what works and experiment with new ideas
Creative Partners
Coordinate marketing efforts with external partners, overseeing and guiding projects from concept through execution
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, business, or related field
3 or more years of hands‑on marketing experience including project management
Strong writing, visual, and design skills with exceptional attention to detail
Experience owning projects end‑to‑end—not just assisting
Proficient in Microsoft Office, social media and email marketing tools; ideally also Adobe Creative Suite and CMS platforms
Very organized, self‑directed, and comfortable juggling priorities
Highly Desired
Experience in construction, architecture, engineering, or professional services
Experience with themed environments, attractions, entertainment, or experiential brands
Photography, video editing, or basic data analytics skills
Trade show or proposal/RFP experience
Why You’ll Love This Role
You market projects that people travel to see
You get creative freedom and real ownership
This is not cookie‑cutter marketing—every project is unique
You’ll see your ideas turn into physical, immersive spaces
You'll work with passionate builders, designers, and creative team members
Work Environment
Office‑based with collaboration across field, shop, and leadership teams
Occasional visits to sites, trade shows, and events; ~10% travel within the U.S.
