Job Description - Marketing Specialist
About The Role
Currently, as a Marketing Specialist, the successful candidate will develop, execute, and monitor marketing programs across a variety of channels, and be responsible for delivering brand-consistent materials. This will involve working with the Marketing team and other internal departments on a wide variety of print and digital marketing campaigns, maintaining digital library content, and also help with the coordination of events such as trade shows or conferences. The role will require collaboration with others to gather content, create compelling designs, and delivery using a variety of mediums. The Marketing Specialist will work independently to reach desired goals, but will also work closely with the team, business development managers, and product specialists. This role is partly responsible for ensuring the company makes wise marketing decisions.
Education : Preferred Bachelors degree in Marketing/Graphic Design/
Communication or a related field, or three years related work experience.
Rate of Pay: $55,000 - $65,000 Annually
TOP most relevant SKILLS AND ABILITIES being sought for this position:
Be fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, mainly: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
Acrobat, Premier
Proven experience in following professional design standards and a creative
approach to customer messaging in a B2B atmosphere
Working knowledge of web analytics / SEO / CMS is beneficial
Fluent knowledge of designing for print vs. digital communications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related
field, or three years related work experience.

Work with content creators and other departments and divisions to deliver
accurate, compelling design solutions, while maintaining existing brand stan
dards for print and digital media, promotional materials, and trade shows.
Use Adobe Creative Suite tools for a variety of marketing messaging includ
ing: photo editing, print/advertising design, illustration/editing, signage, video
editing and production
Manage several different projects at once, and be able to work several
different types of marketing tasks on a daily/weekly basis.
Be able to work within existing brand standards, while maintaining fresh de
sign approaches.
Establish and maintain relationships with internal customers and outside
vendors.

A 10% shift premium is paid for 2nd and 3rd shift positions.
