Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.  
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive insights.  
• Create and manage content for websites, social media, email, and other marketing materials.  
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce engaging content.  
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM software.  
• Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to improve ROI and effectiveness.  
• Assist in SEO and SEM strategies to enhance online visibility.  
• Plan and coordinate events, trade shows, and promotional activities.  
• Maintain and update patient databases and mailing lists.  
• Support branding efforts to maintain a consistent brand voice and message. 
• May require occasional travel for events, meetings, or promotional activities. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.  
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related role (entry-level positions may require internships or relevant coursework). 
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.  
• Proficiency in marketing software such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or CRM tools.  
• Experience with content creation, copywriting, and design basics (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).  
• Strong analytical skills to measure and improve campaign performance.  
• Excellent communication and project management skills.  
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.  
• Knowledge of paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus.
