Bridge33 Capital is a rapidly growing, vertically integrated real estate private equity firm specializing in open-air retail real estate.  Poised to launch its next fund—a pivotal milestone—the Company remains dedicated to driving value at every stage of the investment lifecycle.

We are seeking an on-site Marketing Specialist for our Belmar shopping center in Lakewood, Colorado. This position reports directly to the Director of Marketing, and is a full-time, in-person role (5 days a week), based right in the heart of the action at our Belmar office. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as liaison for center tenants; communicate events, special promotions and center-wide marketing programs to maximize tenant participation and integration.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing to architect and implement a cohesive social media strategy across key platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Twitter.  Own the tracking of engagement metrics, experiment with emerging content trends, actively cultivate community growth and engagement, and respond accordingly.
  • Coordinate and assist in on-site management and execution of center events, promotions, and sponsorships. Help manage the activations, including pre-event planning and post-event follow up.
  • Help with marketing initiatives aimed at elevating the center’s brand perception among tenants and customers to enhance and optimize the center’s overall presence. 
  • Actively participate in community-centric events, networking functions and community outreach efforts.
  • Provide administrative support and analysis by completing and submitting reports, recaps, and surveys related to center events, promotions and sponsorships.
  • Actively support administrative elements and approvals of sponsorship/event deals.
  • Manage and update the center’s website, oversee Social Media communications, curate tenant and general public newsletters, and develop the digital and print marketing collateral accordingly.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, monitor emerging platforms, and analyze competitor activities.
  • Play a pivotal role on the marketing team by providing advice and contributing to marketing strategies, tourism programming, and tenant integration.


Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, sponsorship, strategic marketing, event management, and budgeting.
  • Knowledge of retail management, marketing, tourism, social media and communication.
  • Strong organizational, project and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects while simultaneously establishing priorities.
  • Well-developed verbal and written skills.
  • Sound fiscal management and budgeting skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends and evenings.
  • Possess strong proficiency in multiple technology platforms and software.

The annual base salary range for this position is $82,000 - $95,000 and is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance.
