Marketing Specialist - Dynamic Team

Marketing Associate Opportunity Summary:

We are seeking a Marketing Associate to develop, execute, and monitor marketing programs across a variety of channels. As a Marketing Associate you will work closely with the Marketing Manager in analyzing trends to help define the organization's marketing strategy. This role will require a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.

Job Duties:

• Website design and content management for multiple sites.
• Develop and manage local and global SEO efforts.
• Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content for organizational communications, and other mediums.
• Design and execution of collateral including print and electronic materials.
• Oversee and execute company vehicle wrap program.
• Design and manage company signage programs.
• Manage company online retail store.
• Develop and oversee advertising programs.
• Assist with company internal/external positioning and training videos.
• Assist with departmental accounts payable activities and reporting.
• Develop and implement strategies for social media and the company's intranet.
• Coordinate, support, and attend trade shows and corporate meetings.
• Help establish and maintain consistent corporate image and brand throughout product lines, promotional materials, and events.
• Manage multiple projects and report on their status.

Work Experience & Qualifications:

• Hold a bachelor's degree in marketing or communications and/or have 5+ years experience with a creative/web/ad agency.
• 5+ years experience managing multiple websites (global a plus), website design and developing/tracking SEO programs.
• 5+ years copywriting/editing experience.
• Computer and software skills including Adobe creative suite, WordPress, and Microsoft Office Suite.
