Role Summary:
We are looking for a creative and organized Marketing Specialist to manage and execute our day-to-day marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for maintaining our website, managing our social media presence, executing marketing campaigns, and supporting our growth in the trades and home services market. This role is perfect for someone who loves wearing multiple hats, is comfortable with digital marketing tools, and is passionate about creating content that resonates with small business owners.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and excited about contributing to the growth of an early-stage AI company. You'll work closely with leadership and sales to execute our marketing strategy and generate pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the website: maintain and update website content, optimize for SEO, and ensure an optimal user experience
Manage social media: create content, schedule posts, engage with the community, and grow our social media presence
Execute marketing campaigns: implement email campaigns, digital ads, and content initiatives to generate leads
Create marketing content: write blog posts, case studies, emails, sales collateral, and other content that resonates with contractors
Manage marketing budget: track marketing spend, optimize budget allocation, and ensure strong ROI
Analyze performance: track marketing metrics, create reports, and identify opportunities for improvement
Manage marketing tools: administer marketing automation platforms, CRM, and other marketing tools
Support sales: create sales collateral, presentations, and resources to help the sales team
Collaborate with the team: work with sales, product, and leadership to align marketing initiatives with company goals
2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS or startup environment
Website management skills: experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Framer) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge
Social media expertise: demonstrated experience managing professional accounts on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
Strong writing skills: able to create compelling content that resonates with small business owners
Experience with marketing tools: familiarity with email marketing platforms, Google Analytics, social media tools, and CRM
Data-driven: comfortable analyzing metrics and using data to optimize campaigns
Highly organized: able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Creative and resourceful: you find creative solutions with limited resources
Knowledge of SEO and digital advertising is a plus
Experience in trades, home services, or vertical SaaS is a plus
