Marketing Specialist (Sales)

We are specifically looking for candidates with backgrounds in:

• Fitness (e.g., personal trainers, front desk staff, gym managers)
• HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical (e.g., technicians, customer service reps, sales assistants)
• Wellness (e.g., nurses, aestheticians, or admin staff from Medi-Spas, Chiros, or PT clinics)

You already know the business—now use that experience to help others succeed. This is your chance to transition into a sales role that leverages your industry insight and rewards you for performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive new client acquisition through outreach, lead follow-up, and referrals
• Re-engage former clients and grow existing accounts
• Work from qualified leads provided by UpSwell
• Understand client needs and recommend tailored marketing solutions
• Collaborate internally on pricing, proposals, and client support
• Focus on specific verticals: Fitness, HVAC, Wellness

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales-minded professionals with strong communication skills
• Persistent and goal-oriented individuals
• Background in Fitness, HVAC, or Wellness industries is a major plus
• Prior B2B sales experience is helpful but not required
