Role Overview:  We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to coordinate resident transitions, support prospects in the sales cycle, and ensure smooth move-ins. This role involves assisting with unit personalization, addressing resident needs, overseeing renovation planning and execution, ensuring timely project completion, and maintaining vendor relationships. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate resident transitions and move-ins.
  • Assist with unit personalization and renovation planning.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and oversee project timelines.
  • Support sales efforts and manage marketing materials.
  • Update marketing database and maintain sales records.
  • Conduct outreach visits and maintain professional communication with residents and families.

Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree in a related field.
  • Two years of experience in the healthcare setting.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Valid SC Driver’s License.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Three years of work experience in senior living.
  • Knowledge in Electronic Health Records.
  • Experience with CRM Software.
