Marketing Strategist

JOB OVERVIEW

As part of the Marketing Team with Heritage Homes and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Premier Properties manages a variety of marketing activities and executes internal and external projects, such as events, fundraising, social media, website and supporting graphic design needs. The Marketing Strategist also serves as the primary resource for the company's Customer Relationship Management Platform, process improvement, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration for company growth.

PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS

HERITAGE HOMES

1. Assist the Sales team and Marketing Director in achieving the goals and objectives as defined within the annual business plan in all facets of marketing, advertising, public relations, and other such activities.


2. Define, execute and optimize email marketing campaigns through HubSpot CRM, including content development, reporting, workflows, automations, lifecycle stages, and lead nurturing.


3. Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot CRM by managing pipelines, workflows, dashboards, lead routing, reporting, forms, and user support while collaborating with the sales team to continuously improve the customer journey and CRM adoption.


4. Serve as a resource for company website changes to home plans, communities/home sites, photography, blog posts, testimonials, etc.


5. Check and share all surveys and Google reviews with the HH team.


6. Assist in monitoring and reporting Google and social media analytics to provide reports and assess necessary changes quarterly.


7. Assist in branding company, including Heritage Series, Odyssey Series, and Epcon Series, along with future communities and collateral.


8. Proofing signage and implementation of materials for office, communities, customer testimonials, survey's, events, and other marketing initiatives.

HERITAGE HOMES/BHHS PREMIER PROPERTIES

1. Be an influencer in the community by contributing to committees in the BIA of Red River Valley, FMWF Chamber of Commerce and other local organizations.


2. Work collaboratively and creatively to develop, implement and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital media, social media, websites, email marketing, online advertising, and other interactive platforms.


3. Create, manage and update digital content across company websites and social media platforms to maintain a consistent online presence and support marketing initiatives.


4. Help produce qualified marketing leads through digital media while monitoring lead performance and campaign effectiveness using CRM reporting and marketing analytics.


5. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies including social media, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, organic search, and emerging marketing platforms.


6. Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external company events including, but not limited to, Parade of Homes, Home & Garden Show, Annual Sunshine Kids Charity Golf Tournament events, United Way Campaign, Realtor events, Trade Partner Appreciation Picnic, employee events, and other company sponsored initiatives.


7. Brainstorm, develop and execute printed, digital and social marketing materials supporting company events, trade shows, recruiting initiatives and community outreach efforts.


8. Support Heritage Homes, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Premier Properties, and affiliated real estate professionals with marketing materials, branding, promotional items, onboarding resources and communication initiatives.


9. Manage vendor invoices, marketing budgets, and relationships with third-party marketing agencies, consultants and technology partners while evaluating campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).


10. Collaborate with the sales team, Marketing Director, and leadership to improve customer journey, CRM adoption, lead management processes, workflow automation, and operational efficiencies across marketing and sales.

BHHS PREMIER PROPERTIES

1. Provide leadership, training, and marketing support to the BHHS real estate professionals by assisting in marketing strategies, business development, and following corporate brand guidelines.


2. Develop, coordinate and execute marketing initiatives that support agent recruitment, retention and brand awareness.


3. Collaborate with real estate professionals to develop effective marketing strategies, promotional campaigns and listing presentations.


4. Maintain and update company social media channels and website content to support agent marketing efforts.


5. Maintain proficiency in KVcore and other real estate technology platforms to provide guidance, troubleshooting and support for agent needs.


6. Collaborate with agents to identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through CRM technology, digital marketing, analytics and process improvements.


7. Assist with compliance, branding standards and marketing materials, including logos, labels and promotional assets.


8. Provide photography, videography and digital content creation for internal and external company events, marketing initiatives, and promotional campaigns.


9. Evaluate marketing performance, technology platforms and digital marketing opportunities while recommending improvements that support agent success and company growth.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Generate communication tools, marketing initiatives and events that support internal communications and public relations for Heritage Homes and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Premier Properties.


2. Follow and adhere to established brand standards, company policies, and approval processes for marketing, advertising, and communication materials.


3. Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, timely and consistent across both physical and electronic formats to support company sales, recruiting, and branding objectives.


4. Help evaluate and manage marketing technology, outside consultants, vendors and strategic partnerships to maximize organizational value, marketing effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).


5. Utilize available resources, marketing strategies and emerging technologies to maximize efficiency, productivity and return on the company's marketing investment.


6. Develop, document, and continuously improve standardized marketing processes, CRM workflows, best practices and operational procedures that support long-term organizational growth and consistency.


7. Seek, analyze and apply market trends, competitor marketing initiatives and industry best practices to strengthen company marketing strategies.


8. Observe and adhere to all company policies, processes and procedures while supporting additional objectives, projects and strategic initiatives as business needs evolve.


9. Maintain proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other marketing technologies while continuously expanding knowledge of industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools.


10. Knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Suite and willing to learn the programs to execute design requirements.
