Marketing & Strategy Analyst - Continuous Learning Opportunities

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically-minded Marketing & Strategy Associate to join our team at Pupil Bio. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a passion for marketing, market research, business development, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research through outreach emails, calls, and surveys to identify potential opportunities, gather insights, and assess customer needs
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential collaborators and key opinion leaders in the diagnostics field
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote Pupil Bio's technology and services
• Create and manage content for the company website, ensuring it is informative, engaging, and up-to-date
• Draft marketing white papers, case studies, and other promotional materials to showcase Pupil Bio's expertise and technology
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization
• Support project management efforts across the company, ensuring timely completion of tasks and effective communication among team members
• Assist with various operations-related tasks as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous internship or work experience in marketing, business development, or project management
• Familiarity with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS
• Knowledge of market research techniques and tools
• Experience with social media management and marketing analytics tools
• Understanding of the diagnostics industry and qPCR technology
