Marketing Strategy & Operations Lead

Spectra Gutters System is seeking a Marketing Strategy & Operations Lead to join out team in Atlanta, GA. The Marketing Strategy & Operations Lead will play a critical role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives across corporate, sales, and branch teams. This position serves as a central hub for communication and execution, ensuring alignment across stakeholders while driving projects forward, managing timelines, and supporting efficient day-to-day marketing operations. 

• Coordinate and manage marketing projects from planning through execution, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. 
• Serve as a primary point of contact between marketing, internal teams, and external partners to ensure clear and consistent communication. 
• Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies by aligning workflows, resources, and priorities. 
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or bottlenecks, and proactively drive solutions and escalate recommendations as appropriate. 
• Assist in campaign planning, tracking, and performance reporting. 
• Maintain calendars, timelines, and documentation to ensure visibility and accountability across all marketing efforts. 
• Handle detailed, day-to-day operational tasks that keep marketing initiatives running smoothly.
• Support field events such as trade shows, open houses, contractor events, and community activations. 
• Collect and synthesize feedback from branch managers and sales teams to identify recurring needs, gaps, or opportunities. 
• Provide regular status updates, insights, and recommendations to the Marketing Director.
