Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a MARS Specialist with our Paracorp Team, located in Sacramento, CA. The MARS (Managed Annual Report Service) Specialist is responsible for the processing of MARS Filings in compliance with company procedures and policies. The role supports corporate compliance activities by reviewing, processing, and maintaining critical records, managing correspondence, and handling customer and internal communications.

Qualifications

• Communicate clearly in written and verbal formats.


• Accurately process data and documentation with minimal errors.


• Computer literate with the ability to learn specialized software applications.


• Process high volumes of paperwork efficiently and accurately.


• Ability to work with confidential information without disclosure.


• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, and other business software applications, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
