Who We Are
In an increasingly complex world where people are starving for someone they can trust, we stand for something simple: always put the client first. We do well by doing good for those we serve. It’s the ultimate measure. We believe in providing value beyond a doubt and in the notion that time will either expose you or promote you, based on your willingness to embrace change.
We serve financial advisors and investors through three entities, each headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska: Carson Wealth, Carson Coaching and Carson Partners. We provide coaching and partnership services to advisor firms – and straightforward financial advice to the investing public. We all share a common mission to be the most trusted in financial advice.
Who We Want
Administer, configure, and support the marketing technology platforms that enable marketing operations, campaign execution, advisor engagement, and digital experiences. Manage day-to-day platform health, user access, workflows, integrations, documentation, and vendor support across the marketing technology ecosystem. Ensure platforms are connected, governed, optimized, and performing effectively to support clean data flow, strong campaign operations, and scalable marketing technology practices. Partner cross-functionally with internal partners to support platform improvements, security requirements, vendor evaluations, and ongoing operational maturity.
What To Expect
- Platform Administration & Configuration: Serve as primary administrator for core marketing technology platforms, including HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Snappy Kraken. Own platform configuration, user provisioning, permission management, system health monitoring, and ongoing platform maintenance across the marketing technology stack. Build, maintain, and optimize workflows, automation sequences, email templates, campaign infrastructure, and related platform functionality. Uphold platform governance standards, including data hygiene, naming conventions, configuration documentation, and consistent operating practices. Support campaign execution by ensuring platform functionality, data inputs, audience logic, templates, and automation sequences are accurate, reliable, and aligned with business needs. Troubleshoot platform issues and support timely resolution of campaign operations or system performance concerns.
- Vendor & Platform Support Management: Manage day-to-day relationships with marketing technology vendors and serve as a primary point of contact for platform support, renewals, escalations, and ongoing vendor coordination. Support vendor evaluation processes, including requirements gathering, demos, implementation planning, and assessment of new platform additions. Maintain a current inventory of marketing technology tools, contracts, platform ownership, and integration dependencies. Coordinate with vendors and internal partners to resolve issues, improve platform performance, and support ongoing system enhancements.
- Integration & Data Flow Management: Own and support integrations between core marketing technology platforms to ensure clean, reliable, and consistent data flow across systems. Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot data flow issues, and identify opportunities to improve reliability, scalability, and data quality. Partner with internal partners to document integration architecture, dependencies, processes, and data movement across the marketing technology ecosystem. Support adjacent tools and reporting environments, including GA4 and Looker Studio, as needed.
- Governance, Security & Compliance: Partner with internal partners to ensure marketing technology platforms align with access management, SSO, cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance expectations. Support vendor access reviews, permission audits, and documentation of platform controls. Maintain strong documentation practices for configurations, workflows, integrations, user access, and platform governance standards. Identify risks, gaps, or inconsistencies within platform administration practices and recommend improvements.
- Cross-Functional Partnership & Continuous Improvement: Partner with marketing, technology, data, compliance, and other internal partners to understand needs, support platform adoption, and improve marketing technology operations. Serve as a go-to resource for platform questions, troubleshooting, and system functionality. Bring forward recommendations that improve platform efficiency, campaign execution, data reliability, user experience, and operational maturity.
