What You’ll Do:

• Perform Maryland State Inspections accurately and efficiently (required)


• Complete repair orders according to dealership and manufacturer standards


• Diagnose and repair automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, brakes, suspension, air conditioning, and more


• Test drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify issues


• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding repairs, timelines, and any additional needed services


• Execute warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Maryland State Inspector License – REQUIRED


• 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician (B-Level or higher)


• Proficient in diagnostics, electrical, and engine repair


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work


• Positive, team-oriented attitude with excellent customer service skills


• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record


• High school diploma or equivalent


• Ability to adapt to new technology, tools, and procedures
