Maserati / Alfa Romeo - Janitor

Job Summary:

The dealership Janitor is responsible for keeping all areas of the dealership clean and sanitized.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all areas of the dealership, including offices, restrooms, customer areas, and parking lot.


• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need to be replenished


• Assist with setting up and cleaning up after events and meetings


• Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and fixing minor plumbing issues


• Notify management of any major maintenance or repair needs


• Assist with other tasks as needed
  

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Prior experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  

Education and Experience:

• Valid driver’s license.
  

Physical Requirements:

• May lift objects that weigh as much as 15 lbs.


• Good hand-eye coordination.


• Prolonged periods of standing.
  


• Position may work inside and outside.
