Mason Tender

The Staff Pad has partnered with a leading commercial masonry contractor to hire a Mason Tender in Beloit, Wisconsin.

We’re looking for a dependable and safety-conscious Mason Tender to support skilled masons with brick, block, and stone work. This hands-on role involves material handling, jobsite preparation, and equipment maintenance. Key Responsibilities

• Assist masons in laying brick, block, and stone.
  

• Move materials (brick, block, stone) to work areas and prep the jobsite.
  

• Maintain a clean, professional jobsite daily.
  

• Conduct daily inspections of tools, vehicles, and equipment; report any issues.
  

• Operate equipment safely and within training limitations.
  

• Ensure scaffolding and safety protocols are in place.
  

• Attend required safety trainings and toolbox talks.
  

• Follow OSHA standards and company safety procedures at all times.
  

• Promote a positive, team-based work environment.
  

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
  

• Minimum of 2 years of commercial construction experience; telehandler driver experience is preferred.
  

• Valid driver's license with current auto insurance.
  

• Must be able to travel between job sites as needed.
  

• OSHA 10, First Aid/CPR, Forklift, and Aerial certifications required within the first year.
  

• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in all weather conditions.
  

• Proficiency in basic math and ability to read and interpret safety and procedural documentation.
