Mass Torts Counsel Attorney

A national Am Law 100 firm is seeking a highly qualified Counsel-level attorney to join its Mass Torts practice, with a focus on asbestos and talc litigation. Handle all phases of complex matters — discovery, depositions, motion practice — with a high degree of autonomy, collaborating with a broader litigation team.

Qualifications: 3–5+ years in toxic tort, talc, or product liability litigation; strong academic credentials; excellent advocacy and communication skills; willingness to travel for depositions and court appearances; must be licensed in California or Illinois and in good standing (need not be located there). Remote, part-time, or flexible-hour arrangements available.

Compensation: $200k+ depending on location, qualifications, and experience.
