Massage Therapist

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Perform various types of massage techniques.


2. Recommend and sell products to clients.


3. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including sterilizing equipment and ensuring treatment rooms are tidy.


4. Keep accurate records of the clients treatments and progress.


5. Stay updated on the latest trends, products, and techniques through continuous education and training.


6. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.


7. Perform up to 6 treatments daily.


8. Ensure adherence to Chamonix Spa Salon guest service and journey rules.


9. Maintain and follow Chamonix Spa Salon luxury standards.


10. Maintain compliance with all safety standards, health standards, and internal policies and procedures.


11. Performs special projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Must have the ability to develop new clients and return business by providing the highest level of customer service and utilizing effective sales techniques.


2. Must be currently licensed by the Colorado State Board of Massage Therapists.


3. Demonstrated experience working in a spa or salon.


4. Demonstrated experience performing within specific deadlines or under pressure.


5. One (1) or more years of recent and related massage experience with extensive knowledge of various massage techniques.

$18.00+ an hour based on experience plus gratuities, service commissions, and sales commissions
